• Tag Information Base (TIB)
  • each entry consists of:
    • incoming tag
    • one or more sub-entries:
      • (outgoing tag, outgoing interface, outgoing MAC address)
    • TIB is indexed by incoming tag
    • TIB could be either per box, or per interface
      • the choice is a local (implementation) matter
