  • Policy shouldn’t make this worse

• Example:

  • Rule 1: Engineers get Bronze service.
  • Rule 2: John gets Gold service.
  • Fact: John is an Engineer.
  • Oops: No rule priority specified

• When and where does John get Gold service?

  • Might change at 3am for no good reason
