Client always sets BROADCAST flag
htype - 32, hlen = 0
‘chaddr’ is zeroed
Always use Client-identifier
4 bytes (default zeroed)
distinguishes mulitple IPoIB interfaces per port
time-stamp or QPN - client needs to remember
16 bytes (GID)
No change to DHCP Server
