Installing IPv4 Routes

• OSPF V3 is an IPv6 routing protocol

• IPv4 can be carried in IPv6 prefixes, however:

  ::a.b.c.d IPv6/IPv4 prefix
  
  ::FFFF.a.b.c.d IPv4-only prefix

• So routers should probably be willing to also install IPv4 routes…
