OPEN ISSUE Draft currently says you SHOULD cache unreachable destinations (mirroring the SHOULD for caching reachable destinations). Failover for the next attempt at a non-INVITE transaction to a given URI will not happen unless the failure is cached. RECOMMENDATION: Make caching unreachable destinations a MUST. |
