Video conference service require delay bounded P2MP path. Need wide variety of path computation algorithm (cost minimum tree, delay minimum tree, delay bounded cost minimum tree etc.). Need CPU intensive path computation (Dijkstra, PRIM, KMB, Kompella etc) P2MP APL requests sophisticated P2MP Traffic Engineering techniques. P2MP backup/load sharing path requires P2MP diverse path computation. Several P2MP grafting operations request P2MP path modification considering various constrains (e.g. cost/delay). Inter-domain P2MP transmission requires P2MP path computation over multiple domains. Need wider communication/coordination between path computation elements over multiple domains. |
