Open Issues Replay Protection: There may be a concern that a NAS may replay the received information to the user’s device during subsequent access. Resolution: If the information is replayed, the worse that can happen is: the user will use old bootstrap information to perform MIP6 registration and the registration may fail. If that happens, the user can use static (provisioned) information to register. The user’s session won’t be hijacked. |
