Status WARNING This is an I-D finished too quickly… … and which is almost completely wrong ;-) But it’s only temporary, we’ll correct it in version 01… More seriously… goal is to have Fully Specified FEC scheme compatible with Luigi Rizzo’s RS codec second codec (1998), not the first one (1997) we had a discussion with Luigi two weeks ago, which helped to further clarify a few technical points |
