Short agenda bashing with a working group status report:
   - Diameter Interop report
   - MD5 based testing was done later than the interop.
   - Next interop?
   - There is some interest, will update on the list later.

2) Diameter Base Issues

   * URI schemes for AAA Protocols

   - Chair mentioned that dns lookup is a good feature, we should fix it.
   - Glen asked whether there are std track RFCs which are violated? No.
   - Implementations : check what they have implemented?
     heirarchical URI needs to be clarified & especially for interoperability.
   - Chair: take it to the list. 
   - Anyone has strong opinions? Glen: expect existing Diameter
     implementations to mv to the new scheme? skip step-1, take risk.
   - AAAS & heirarchical one?
   - Tina: use table to describe the 3 protocols described.
   - Chair: send it to the list. If ppl havent implemented it, then fix it.

   * Open Issues

   - Pre-cursor to 3588bis.   - Change the number of issues from 20 to 23.
   - Textual IP address qualify as FQDN?
   - Advt the relay app: in the acct appln or auth appln.
   - Other issues: sent to email list.
   - vendor id number should be 1 and only 1.
   - Failed avp: avp code should be enough.
   - New features: write up as drafts.

Steps to make a 3588bis: work towards it.
   - John commented we should be careful when fixing the rfc
   - Existing implementation takes precedence
   - New features should use the extension procedures in 3588
