Issue 1: Conveying URIs Current draft uses Contact header field in a provisional response to indicate where to send INVITE for BFCP session. Current draft uses Contact header field in 200 response to INVITE (for BFCP session) to indicate where to send INVITE for call re-attempt. The solution is intended to allow dedicated servers to provide the service, but the preceding behavior gets in the way. Also, this is arguably an abuse of what “Contact” was supposed to mean in the first place. |
