- Martin asked for some clarifications about the purpose of the draft,
  and some more focus. He also asked for the WG to be active and comment
  on the work.

- Jukka: we need separate IDs for SCTP+DTLS and DCCP+DTLS, so proposing
  to use simply "Forwards-DTLS" is not enough

- Martin: there might be a problem with this work since DTLS over SCTP
  is not a WG item, so there is no way we can go for WGLC in NSIS on
  this


* NSIS operation over IP tunnels - Henning (5 minutes)

-Ken Carlberg: Mentioned that there was a third option not listed in  
Martin's first slide where one adds another Admission Priority field.   
One corresponds to the Admission Priority field in the TSV Emergency-RSVP
draft, and the other to Y.2171.  This option helps support AT&T's
interest in Y.2171

- Margnus: the fields are handled in an inconsisten way.
