SIPPING - IETF 74

Note: this session is actually a joint SIP and SIPPING session covering currently and nearly chartered work items in both WGs. The WG dicussions are followed by a 30 minute discussion of the SIP Change Process proposing two new WGs: SIPCORE and DISPATCH, for which "dryrun" sessions are scheduled earlier in the week (Tuesday and Wednesday, 1300-1500, respectively). Please see the SIP WG agendas for details of what documents are covered in those slots.
