Ralph Droms - Do we need to optimize multiplexing per customer? How to reuse ports. Depends on deployment model, use dynamic range and if garbage collection works. If cannot change contract then change deployment model.

Remi Despres - If have dual stack deployment the number of ports needed goes down very quickly

User is tied to unique IP addr and there can be easy identifier

Randy Bush - How does one party identify another SPs customers.
Ask the SP to insert an http header because the IP addr is not enough

James Woodyatt - The public address of the large scale nat to be the src addr from teh CPE to enable rsync or other protocol that allows some node on the residential network so that translation is not necessary on the NAT.
