- Work are progressing.

3) LFBLib (Weiming)

-Initial draft. Based on merging two earlier draft documents and 
comments on those.
-More editorial work remaining.

 - Description of LFBs and their categories
 - XML definitions of the library

- There are several open questions and comments on LFBs definitions & design

4) Interop Report (Evangelos)

*Interop report took place beginning of july.

*Covered basic ForCES functionality.

*5 different organization, covering various aspects. 
-4 onsite, one remotely

*General result was a success.

*Some implementations had to resolve some issues.

*Issues seen:

- Some impl used the wrong priority channel.
- Teardown deadlock. Code bug in implementations.
- TLV encoding issues.
- Reserved values used. Odd results.
- Heartbeat direction
- Cable disconnect not detected. 
  Partially due to how SCTP works. All detected the loss of connectivity however.

* A lot of retransmissions on Greece-China, where none were 
expected/needed. Lack of support for PR-SCTP.

* Other implementations please fill in implementations reports.

5) Applicability draft (Kentaro on behalf of Carly)

*Now in sixth revision.
* describes applicability and types of ForCES configuration
*Report on the main changes since last report
* Please review and comment

6) SCTP TML Draft (Kentaro)

*Now in revision 4.
* Fix issues found from interop
*Goal is last-call soon, and published before next IETF meeting releasing
the other three documents in RFC editor queueu

* talked about update singe Interop test
* Need SCTP PPID assignments from IANA.

7) Implementation Experience (Kentaro)

Most features implemented, with some exceptions.

8) Implementation Experience (Evangelos)

*Report on selected platform.
* Report on implemented features.
*Java & C++ based.

*issue: Java do not support unsigned datatypes. 
Open Source package available to help this.

*Easy to exend with new LFBs by inherentance.

9) Implementation Experience (Weiming)

*Two implementations. A ForCES router that is not totaly compliant 
to current standard and a compliant system for ForCES interop test.
*C based.
*Code amount: ForCES middleware 25K lines, UOM 30K lines and SCTP TML 3K lines.
*Fairly complete ForCES implementation.
