Some discussion in regards to process and progress the doc.

Pre-Forwarding Processing Stage 
Joel Halpern: Strong comment on needs definitions for objects with specific 
reference to if a port needs to be defined 
Chair: Was there a port abstraction missing?
Joel Halpern: need for object definitions for elements prior to 
meaningful review. Port LFB maybe part of L2 ..

Chair: claims didnt allow for this doc to be WG doc but it somehow
showed up as WG doc.
Evanglos asked whether this doc could be a working group document 
Joel expressed that typically this sort of doc is not a WG doc.
(AD Ross Callon) Expressed two ways of progressing doc.  
Independent or Individual submission.
Chair/Author discussion need to happen and relay conclusion to AD.
Document is going to get undone from being a WG document.

(Ethereal implementation + demo - Ming Gao/Bin Zhuge)
Demo was of Forces decoding in Ethereal.

(Tcpdump implementation + demo - Jamal Hadi Salim)
Demo was to tcpdump, parse, print and tagging with some semantic checks.

Post Wg discussion on FEOject LFB in a FE which discribes the FEObject RB.
Action resolved that Ming Gao is to send an email to the list to try resolve
