1. Adding PTT as a requirement to the requirements document: no objections.

2. Proposed change to change set of reference codecs that Opus should be better than:

o Remove ilBC - no consensus, somewhat in favor
o Remove Speex (narrow band) - no consensus
o Remove GSM-FR - consensus to remove
o Adding AMR (narrow band) - no consensus

Decided to move on due to a lack of consensus, going to take the rest of the discussion to the mailing list.

3. Are the computational requirements in section 4.4 a measurable set of requirements?  No consensus.

4. Add requirement for decoder side PLC?  Consensus to take editor's proposal.

5. Proposal to add requirement for "audio forensics" - disable DTX in emergency situations: Consensus on accepting requirement.

o Testing

1. Broadcom results.
2. Hydrogen audio results.
3. Google testing.
4. Going to move subjective testing to the list due to time constraints.

o Guidelines

1. Distinguishing requirements and characterization in testing - probably don't need to do characterization.
2. Precise tests
- Narrow

3. Test against codecs at various bandwidths
4. Identify test sequences - voice, music, etc
5. How many hours?
6. Can do that testing, but will take weeks to do.
7. hta - Keep it simple
