isis-trill is in mis-ref state, not listed

draft-ietf-isis-ieee-aq (see slides)

Peter  Ashwood-Smith

Stewart Bryant (AD) - pls ref real .aq spec and not draft ieee spec

Peter: hope is that draft can be decoupled and not have normative reference

Stewart: when is ieee spec out? Don't want draft spec

Peter: Q3/Q4 this year

Peter: Provided enough information to explain why and hopefully it's decoupled

Stewart: Would like mis-ref and have "real spec" properly referenced

Peter: Prefer decouple

Stewart: We can get the IANA codepoint

Peter: Im ok with mis-ref as long as we get IANA codepoint

draft-ietf-trill-adj (see slides)

Donald Eastlake

Spencer Giacalone

Lou - similar in CCAMP but, draft is not WG draft

Hannes - should be more than one latency value (per class)?

Spencer - in discussion, could be. Please take it to the authors or list

George - do you have provision for thresholding, max update rates. In particular the exceptional data

Spencer - the doc doesn't have upper or lower bound. make it configurable

George - what's the averaging value?

DWard - 15mins

Acee - cover the periodicity in the draft

Donald - Spontaneous announcement

William Allen Simpson has a draft: how to come up with a mac address to create a router_id for ISIS if you don't have an ethernet port
