Introduction 1.1. Administrivia, Agenda Bashing (chairs, 5 min) [5/5] - Co-chair reminded the WG of the rules for allocating a time slot during the WG meetings. Rule is: the document has to be updated and has to be subject of interest by the WG. - Following this rule in IETF81, the number of presentations requested dropped from 14 documents to 6. 1.2. WG Status (chairs, 10 min) [15/55] - Co-chair presented through new milestones. - AD (Adrian Farrel): will get the new charter approved by IESG. - Port issue: as decided last time, WG will use RFC errata to correct the port issue. - Recently Expired documents: draft-ietf-pce-disc-mib, draft-ietf-pce-pcep-mib and draft-ietf-pce-tc-mib. Not on Agenda but discussed: - draft-ietf-pce-gmpls-aps-req-04 and draft-ietf-pce-inter-area-as-applicability, someone needed to work with Daniel on merging them. - No more feedback on the list on the vendor specific draft (draft-ietf-pce-vendor-constraints-04). 2. GMPLS 2.1 PCEP Extensions for GMPLS (10 min) [25/55] Cyril Margaria was the presenter. - draft-ietf-pce-gmpls-pcep-extensions. - Authors are asking for feedback, about any rules that may be missing, on implementations. - One out of three implementations to be used in production. 2.2 PCEP Requirement for RWA (5 min) [30/55] Young Lee was the presenter. - draft-ietf-pce-wson-routing-wavelength. - There are a number of implementations. - Authors suggesting a last call on the document. 3. Multi-Layer / Multi-Domain 3.1 Inter-Layer Extensions (5 min) [35/55] Fatai Zang was the presenter. - draft-ietf-pce-inter-layer-ext. - Authors went through the changes since previous version. - Presenter discussed comments received off the list (comments from Cyril and Oscar), -ERO sub-object should be referenced to CCAMP document -On G-PID to be included in REQ-ADAPT-CAP -To make inter-layer always optional: authors suggest taking discussion to the list Next step: use mailing list to continue discussion. 3.2 OSPF Extension for Area IDs (10 min) [45/55] Wenhu Lu was the presenter. - draft-lu-ospf-area-tlv-01 - Before the presentation, co-chair asked about clarifying the use cases. OSPF chair has been consulted and is willing to consider the extension if PCE WG says it is needed. - Co-chair clarified that the extra information is to know if ABR is TE enabled. - Adrian (as individual) and Julien (on jabber) did do not understand use case and cannot see a problem that we cannot already address. - Dhruv sees the importance of having this information. - John S. understands the use case and would like to work on other use cases. Next step: authors were asked to re-work the use cases 4. Miscellaneous 4.1 Per-Destination Explicit Path (5 min) [50/55] Dhruv Dhody was the presenter. - draft-dhody-pce-pcep-p2mp-per-destination-00 -WG had no comments. Next step: use mailing list to discuss. 4.2 Data Structure (5 min) [55/55] Dhruv Dhody was the presenter. - draft-dhody-pce-pcep-ds-00 - Comment from PCE-HIERARCHY-FWK author on jabber: [Page 4] of draft, "VSPT does not fit into hierarchical PCE paradigm" is not quite true. Dhruv will provide a use case where it may be necessary to use the proposed data structure mechanism. Next step: use mailing list to discuss further.
