The meeting was hold in a common session with the OPSAWG.

2. Next Generation Mobile Networks (NGMN) requirements on Next Generation Converged Operations Requirements (NGCOR)- Scott Mansfield, 10 min. 

* Liaison IETF received from NGMG group. 
* The real reason is that I have been involved in this since July. And found this. 
* They created NGMN. To prioritize the work in other industry fora and SDOs to align requirements in the area of converged O&M requirements. The MGMN has held  several meetings
* IETF is the ?federated Model? between Element & Network Abstraction and EMS-Layer
* MGMN is to create a new standard body for harmonize all the SDOs. 

Bert: I would call it ?spaghetti? model. I really don?t see the coordination. Question is: how to guarantee it is just lump of everything. 
Scott:  I am not sure. Just want more people to review. 
Chris: I know a lot of big operators are pushing for this. But there are more EMS than NE. 
Ron: this is similar eTOM model. Does anyone in the room know this model? 
Dan: Question is how should we proceed on this? 
Scott: I can send the Core document to the group.
