  - It's no longer a Proprietary Protocol. it has been used in a lot of
window programs
  - one change to the draft: introducing TLS.
  - Still Open question: Confirm STARTTLS approach vs Separate port for TLS
  - radius vs tacacs: if T becomes standard, admin procedures make simply

Questions and Comments:
  - Scott Bradner (SB): please be aware of RF editor process
  - Scott B: urge to use separate port b/c diff vendors found out the hard
way for not using a separate port
  - David Black: security perspective using separate port is not an issue
if necessary.  but one less port it will free up a port for another person
  - Alan Dekok: radius works.  Why this needs to be standards track?
Radius does not issue device authorization. Radius extension with TLS can
achieve that.  

# YANG Model Coordination Group Update
Presenter: Benoit Claise (BC)
  - Tooling - you can post your drafts at http://www.yangvalidator.com/.
It can create errors from compilation issues
  - Training/Education: has been delay.  we want to make it happen.
  - BBF: would like to have more YANG doctors for 101
  - Phase 5: Coordination across SDOs/Opensource - Getting there:
         coordinating with IEEE liaisons.
  - Phase 6: sum up in one sentence: all we need to create VPN.
