Action Items/Summary:

1. Merge the relevant Pull Requests, and Martin (or someone) to generate a Pull Request for the client-explicit model based on the fundamentals regarding subscription sets.
2. Generate a Pull Request for Issue #9 that uses some form of collapsed key, with some requirements for servers to implement Message Collapsing. 
3. Regarding the status at Push server for message that went stale, author will ask HTTPbis WG about defining a new HTTP Status Code. 
4. Discuss use cases for issue #57 (Needs for Acknowledgement Data) and account for the results in a future update.
5. Message Priorities will be deferred to a later draft. (Needs volunteer)
6. Will request a port numbers from IANA and will add text advise subscribers to connect on 443 and utilize alt-svc to move to the other port.
7. Will close issue regarding Acking Acks.
8. Will close issue regarding Separate TTLs for Messages vs Acknowledgements (#40).
