Swissotel “The Stamford” Singapore and Fairmont Singapore are both part of the Raffles City Complex. The closest Mass Rapid Transit (subway) station is City Hall Station (under the Raffles City Complex).

The IETF 100 Meeting Venue, Raffles City Convention Center, is part of the Raffles City Complex.
The airport shuttle bus provides drop-offs to most downtown hotels. The bus departs every 15 minutes during peak hours and up to 30 minutes during non-peak hours. Tickets cost S$9 per adult and S$6 per child below 12 years of age.

The train station is accessible by foot from Terminal 2 or Terminal 3. Board the MRT (subway) at Changi Airport (CG2). Transfer to a west bound train at Tanah Merah Interchange station (terminus point “Tuas Link”), and alight at City Hall (NS25 / EW13).
Take public bus service 36/36A to the city. The first bus arrives at around 6.00am and the last leaves just before midnight. A single fare is estimated to cost around S$2.50 and the ride takes about an hour. Bus stops are located at the basement bus bays of Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Please prepare the exact fare as no change will be given. Alternatively, a stored-value EZ-Link card for multiple rides can be purchased from any Changi Recommends store or the Changi Airport train station.
SMRT Taxis airport limousine counters are located at Terminals 1, 2, 3 and the Budget Terminal.
Taxis are available at the taxi stands at the Arrival levels of each Terminal. A ride to the city takes about 30 minutes (depending on time of day and traffic conditions) and costs between S$20 and S$40. Fares are metered and there is an additional Airport surcharge for all trips originating from the Airport:
First hand report that a taxi from the airport to the IETF Meeting Venue was about S$23 at near midnight (local time), and the ride was about 15 minutes long.
For Wheelchair Users:
“London Taxis” offer wheelchair users point-to-point service in safety and comfort. The interior is designed for passenger to remain seated in his/her wheelchair throughout the journey.

The IESG is continuing the side meeting experiment in Singapore with some slight modifications based on the comments received from the experiment in Prague. For IETF 100, two rooms are available for first-come first-served signup online. The larger of the two (Hullet) will hold approximately 40 people and will be configured with a U-shaped table. The smaller room (Butterworth) will be configured as a boardroom and will hold approximately 12 people. Both rooms will have projectors.
Remote participation is available individually or from a Remote participation Hub.

Boat Quay - This historical riverside quay was once the busiest part of the old Port of Singapore. Today, its beautifully renovated shophouses have been converted to bars, pubs and restaurants. (walking distance from IETF 100 venue)
The Singapore dollar (sign: S$; code: SGD) is the official currency of Singapore. It is divided into 100 cents. It is normally abbreviated with the dollar sign $, or S$ to distinguish it from other dollar-denominated currencies. Coins are available in five, ten, twenty, fifty cents, and one dollar denominations. Bank notes are available in two, five, ten, fifty, one hundred, one thousand, and ten thousand denominations.
A note on 2G Service in Singapore:
All 2G networks in Singapore will close from 1 April 2017. You will not be able to call, SMS and use data if you are using a 2G phone. To continue using mobile services, you will need to change to a 3G or 4G phone.
