The closest Mass Rapid Transit (subway) station is City Hall Station (under the Raffles City Complex). The closest airport to the Raffles City Complex is Singapore Changi International Airport (SIN). Raffles City Complex is strategically located in the heart of the city's business, historical, cultural and shopping districts, just 20 minutes away from Singapore Changi International Airport. The IETF 100 Meeting Venue, Raffles City Convention Center, is part of the Raffles City Complex. === By Shared Ride Shuttles === The airport shuttle bus provides drop-offs to most downtown hotels. The bus departs every 15 minutes during peak hours and up to 30 minutes during non-peak hours. Tickets cost S$9 per adult and S$6 per child below 12 years of age. The first bus arrives at around 6.00am and the last leaves just before midnight. A single fare is estimated to cost around S$2.50 and the ride takes about an hour. Bus stops are located at the basement bus bays of Terminals 1, 2 and 3. Please prepare the exact fare as no change will be given. Alternatively, a stored-value EZ-Link card for multiple rides can be purchased from any Changi Recommends store or the Changi Airport train station. === By Taxi: === SMRT Taxis airport limousine counters are located at Terminals 1, 2, 3 and the Budget Terminal. Taxis are available at the taxi stands at the Arrival levels of each Terminal. A ride to the city takes about 30 minutes (depending on time of day and traffic conditions) and costs between S$20 and S$40. Fares are metered and there is an additional Airport surcharge for all trips originating from the Airport: * S$5 Airport surcharge: 5.00pm - midnight (Fri - Sun) * S$3 Airport surcharge: All other times * Midnight surcharge of 50% of final metered fare: midnight - 6.00am * Peak hours surcharge of 25% of final metered fare: 6.00am - 9.30am (Mon - Fri) and 6.00pm - midnight (Mon - Sun) First hand report that a taxi from the airport to the IETF Meeting Venue was about S$23 at near midnight (local time), and the ride was about 15 minutes long. //For Wheelchair Users:// "London Taxis" offer wheelchair users point-to-point service in safety and comfort. The interior is designed for passenger to remain seated in his/her wheelchair throughout the journey. For IETF 100, two rooms are available for first-come first-served signup online. The larger of the two (Hullet) will hold approximately 40 people and will be configured with a U-shaped table. The smaller room (Butterworth) will be configured as a boardroom and will hold approximately 12 people. Both rooms will have projectors.
