19	Recently there has been widespread interest in using Hypertext
20	Transfer Protocol (HTTP) as a substrate for other applications-level
21	protocols.  This document recommends technical particulars of such
22	use, including use of default ports, URL schemes, and HTTP security
23	mechanisms.

25	This document specifies an Internet Best Current Practices for the
26	Internet Community, and requests discussion and suggestions for
27	improvements.  Distribution of this memo is unlimited.

29	This announcement is sent to the IETF list and the RFC-DIST list.
