[11:31:32] <sftcd> btw MAC is not expired, seems to be a datatracker issue
[11:31:57] elwynd joins the room
[11:32:01] <sftcd> https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-oauth-v2-http-mac/ is broken but http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-oauth-v2-http-mac-01 is fine
[11:32:04] <derek> I'll talk to Henrik about MAC
[11:32:19] <SM> Expires: August 11, 2012
[11:34:02] <derek> IIRC there were two docs that had issues on the tracker.
[11:34:06] <derek> I will look into it
[11:34:48] <sftcd> @derek: Ta

[11:44:14] sujing joins the room
[11:48:11] <sftcd> not sure how Blaine's good point fits this bit of agenda
[11:48:38] <sftcd> in 2017 people will say the same about oauth/jwt/whatever
[11:49:54] <Thomas Hardjono> The problem is that the world has moved to Web-APIs, where developers want simple tokens.
[11:50:41] <derek> I think his question is whether this is the right forum to talk about that, or if "OAUTH" will frame the debate in a way to cause the right people not to show up or not to read it.
[11:52:03] <Thomas Hardjono> Perhaps there will be several forums, not the just the IETF. Work in the OIDF and Kantara is proceeding while referencing the IETF OAuth spec.
[11:52:10] <sftcd> @thomas: if you want something said preface it with mic:
[11:52:49] <Thomas Hardjono> @mic: what is next steps for recharter
[11:53:28] <derek> next steps is coming to consensus that:
A) we want to recharter, and
B) what should be in the charter (which docs)
[11:53:29] <sftcd> @thomas: will ask that in a bit if Hannes or Derek don't bring it up
[11:53:36] <sftcd> ah, done!
[11:54:01] Mani leaves the room
[11:54:05] <derek> once we are done talking about the list Hannes suggested we will bring up the administrivia
[11:54:45] <Thomas Hardjono> I think we want (A) assuming we are not all exhausted :-)
[11:54:55] <derek> So noted
[11:55:13] <Thomas Hardjono> Sorry, I think we all want A
[11:56:04] <Thomas Hardjono> Several people on the list have indicated support for the dynamic reg work.
[11:56:34] yuioku joins the room
[11:58:51] <Thomas Hardjono> I want to do dynamic client reg (not simple web discovery)
[12:00:49] Bernie (ucom.ch) leaves the room
[12:02:11] Bernie (ucom.ch) joins the room
[12:03:31] <Thomas Hardjono> But I'm ok with SWD in the IETF (assuming OIDF will release IPR)

[12:07:08] <sftcd> @simon: question now is "what it"?
[12:07:19] <sftcd> thomas?
[12:08:40] <Thomas Hardjono> Paul, discovery in SWG is different from Registration.
