The design team has been tossing around a table that would summarise the different options and how they relate to each other, at least in terms of their legal implications and who is able to perform specific tasks. The content comes largely from Alissa and the lawyers, but we thought it would be useful to try to see how the different things discussed in the design team document and legal options document relate to each other.

Comments, corrections, and additions are very welcome.
