As chair of the 2015-2016 NomCom, it is my pleasure to announce the selection 
of IAB members to serve in the 2017-2019 cycle.

We are working on filling the ART AD vacancy now and expect to make an
announcement before IETF 98.

in coming to this set of decisions.
