"Virtual channel connections" and "virtual path connections" are mostly replaced by "connections"
"Virtual channels" and "virtual paths" are mostly replaced by "connections"
"Cells" mostly replaced by "ATM cells" and "labelled frames"
Old Port Type changed to Line Type, PortType is now a port attribute indicating "ATM", "FR", etc...
VPI/VCI field replaced by generic Label field
Coding and semantics of Label field depends on a port's PortType attribute
