Typed Wildcard FEC Procedures (cont) If an LSR that supports the Typed Wildcard FEC receives a message from a peer containing a Typed Wildcard FEC for a FEC Element Type: Not supported by the LSR; or That doesn’t support typed wildcarding the LSR MUST abort processing the containing message and send an “Unknown FEC” Notification message to the peer. |
